It seems columnist Cindy Adams is out to prove that she's feisty as ever.
Just days after penning her now infamous "just deal with it" sexual harassment column, the 80-year-old decided to take a swipe at two new faces on the political scene.
While at an event recently, attorney general candidate Kathleen Rice approached Adams and introduced herself. According to Adams, Rice went on and on, saying:
"Hi. I'm Kathleen Rice. I'm district attorney of Nassau running for attorney general of New York, the only woman in the race, and I specialize in rape cases and child abuse, and I've raised $2.5 million, which is more than $800,000 ahead of anyone else and I'm 45, from Queens, Irish Catholic, unmarried and the seventh of 10 children."
Not liking how forward and long-winded the candidate was, Adams quips that she was "fortunately pulled away before [Rice] gave me her bra size."
Next up she met "something named" David Malpass who was next to Cindy's "armpit to exhale that he's running for US Senate."
Adams claims she asked him straight up why she'd never heard of him, at which point he shoved his card at her and went "running toward what he figured has to be a more important journalist."
Only in Cindy Adam's column kids, only in Cindy Adam's column.
