Lindsay Lohan Violates Probation

Lindsay Lohan has violated the terms of her probation and is headed for a showdown in court next month that will almost certainly land her in jail.

Lohan -- who is on probation for DUI -- has not fulfilled the alcohol education requirement laid down by the judge ... TMZ has learned.

She looks awful, ravaged by alcohol and drugs at such a young age. She is rudderless, and I feel so sorry for her. No one can help her now; she has to own up to her problems and sort out her own life. She is not a "trashy ho", as you say. I know a wonderful young woman who is going through something very similar right now. It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion and wringing your hands because there isn't a thing you can do to help.

This had to happen for her to take her life seriously. People who are that far gone have to hit rock bottom before they can get better. I hope the judge does give her jail time, forcing her to attend counselling sessions while in jail. She cannot dodge them, will be forced to clean up her act. AA isn't something that can fix this kid, she needs hard core, no nonsense, no feeling sorry for ourselves, and patting each other on the back for screwing up. She needs medical intervention, court intervention, forced in house medical stay to clean up her act. No kumbya nonsense, she needs serious help. I see this as her wake up call.

OMG it freks me out every time I see a picture of her. We are the same age and yet she looks like she's in her mid 40's now while I can still pass for a guy in his late teens, if I shaved. She use to be attractive and now she looks like a common junkie prostitute. I say she needs to get out of the acting world to help get her head straight but she already got kicked out.

if she didn't go once every seven days like she was supposed to, i'm sure its because her lawyer told her she didn't have to. she will use this excuse in court (ala paris hilton).

i really doubt they will put her in jail and if they do, it will only be for a few hours max (ala paris hilton).

This is really sad. Lindsay Lohan is 23 years old and she looks 20 years older. Hollywood eats its young and she proves it. She is washed up and doesn't even know it. The problem with Hollywood today is you don't have to work for stardom or awards.

I like Lindsey. I always have, in spite of her craziness. I know she's been a spoiled brat, but it's hard to expect she wouldn't be. Now however, I worry about her health and future because she deserves better for herself and all the young ones who've enjoyed and looked up to her.

I hate to see that she'd go to jail, but look what it did for Robert Downey Jr.... He's stonger then ever now, kicking butt at an age where most have become bonafide burnouts. I just wish the best for her, no matter what.

Geez...isn't she only in her early 20s? She looks like she's in her late 40s! I really hope she can get her life together. If not, I doubt she'll make it to 30.
