The stunning actress purchased the house back in 2005 for $3,138M.

Mate where Im from, thats a cheap price for a spectacular house. Then again we havent had OUR property crash just yet. Give it a few weeks and the picture will be different though.

3.5 mil for that house isnt to bad considering where it is and what they usually get for them there. I will say I have seen much nicer kitchens in 250k houses here in Missouri though. What probably is the expensive part is taxes, utilities and the other very high cost thats associated with that area.
