Randy H. And Randy W. Tundidor Indicted In Nova Southeastern Professor Joseph Morissey Slaying

A Broward County grand jury swiftly indicted a father and son Wednesday on first-degree murder and numerous other charges in the home-invasion robbery that led to the killing of a Plantation college professor.

Joseph Morrissey, 46, a pharmaceutical sciences professor at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, was fatally stabbed April 6.

Four days earlier, Morrissey had sent a letter to his tenant Randy W. Tundidor Sr., 43, saying Tundidor needed to pay overdue security deposits.

Tundidor and his 21-year-old son, Randy H. Tundidor Jr., were arrested after the slaying and are being held without bail.
