Featured Doer: Jamie Oliver

Fatty, greasy, cholesterol-heavy food has met its match in Oliver, the celebrity chef who's been on a crusade to improve the eating habits of people in the U.K. and the U.S. So much so, in fact, that he won the prestigious 2010 TED Prize for his work. In recent years, his campaign against obesity and poor nutrition -- School Dinners, a documentary series in the U.K., and Food Revolution USA, a reality TV show -- has turned into successful shows and public rallying cries. Shortly after School Dinners aired in Britain, then Prime Minister Tony Blair pledged to improve school dinners.

Most recently, Oliver joined First Lady Michelle Obama in championing ChopChop, The Fun Cooking Magazine for Families, a new quarterly food magazine for kids age 5 to 12.
