Russell Crowe Brings Son Tennyson To 'Robin Hood' Premiere (PHOTOS)

It's Russell Crowe's son Tennyson. Crowe is married to Australian actress Danielle Spencer and they have also have a six-year-old son, Charlie.

Tennyson stepped out with his dad at the world premiere of Ridley Scott's 'Robin Hood' in Cannes on Wednesday.

Regarding Bill Tennyson's Copyrights - Bill Tennyson's daughter, Tanya Tennyson, has filed a lawsuit against Universal Music Group; Sony Music Entertainment; EMI Music Publishing; American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers; The Royalty Network; The Harry Fox Agency; MPL Communications, Johnny Mathis and others for PIRATING her father's, Bill Tennyson's, songwriter's royalty earnings, by hiding approximately 30 copyrights or more, after his death in 1959, and by using Bill Tennyson’s music illegally for profit, laying false claim to the family inheritance of Bill Tennyson's music. Originally filed at Pasco County Courthouse in Florida, the case is now in U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division.
Two hundred pages of copies of Bill Tennyson's songwriting contracts which were signed by representatives of the defendant publishers and/or their predecessors were turned over to Ms. Tennyson, along with copies of Bill Tennyson's sheet music and copyrights after Ms. Tennyson found Bill Tennyson's music listed in the BMI website database. Mr. Tennyson was a member of ASCAP, which also maintains incomplete listings of Bill Tennyson’s compositions in their database. The Tennyson family received no money/mechanical royalties for the use of Bill Tennyson's musical compositions and very little of performance royalties.
"Bill Tennyson's music is NOT in the public domain.”, says his daughter. "His compositions and all earnings from his music belong to the Bill Tennyson family, but we haven’t received those moneys.

"What we have here is a continuous organized blocking action by Universal Music Group, its predecessors, affiliates, and co-defendants against the Tennyson Family due to racial discrimination. My family has been mixed race for many years. Our breed is a mix of African, Indian and Caucasian. Without unfair trade practices of the defendants, The Tennyson Family is quite as capable of conducting and administrating the music business of Bill Tennyson as any of these certain individuals within the defendant organizations (Universal, ASCAP et al.) who believe that they can maintain control of the Tennyson Estate using cronyism, payola, loopholes and technicalities in the courtroom."
Universal, EMI, Sony and other corporate executives and individuals are being spiteful, greedy and larcenous for continuing to claim international and domestic earnings from Bill Tennyson’s songwriting and publishing royalties, when they have no rights. The defendants also refuse to relinquish control of Bill Tennyson's royalty distribution channels, which the Plaintiff Pro Se, Tanya Tennyson has requested to be left intact for her family’s use.
“I filed a number of lawsuits in 1992 in Dade County, Florida because of spying, interfering in my personal life and intentional organized taunting of me. If I remember correctly, this is not the first time that I sued Sony Entertainment. “, states Ms. Tennyson. There was more than one group involved, and it has been very traumatic for me. ”

What an adorable little boy. Looks exactly like his dad - same eyes, same expression, sam facial shape. The apple didn't fall very far from the tree. I really admire Russell for choosing to raise his family in Australia. So many stars decide they need to move to H-wood to further their careers. Russell has obviously decided he wants to keep his family far from the craziness that is H-wood. In fact, this is the first time I can recall that his kids were with him at a premiere. Most of the time, they live normal lives, away from the papparazzi, Down Under. It's clear how much Russell adores his wife and kids. The older boy, Charlie, looks a lot like RC too.
