Great to hear the American Heart Association is advocating meditation. If Transcendental Meditation can cut the risk of heart attack by 47% as the study state, this should be headline news. Heart Disease is the number one killer in America!

I can attest to the physiological improvements gained by meditation. It gives a boost to my creativity and memory also. I learned TM in the 60s. There are many, many methods. It is a worthy journey.
