Vanessa, I was about to say that. She is stunningly beautiful, the fake eye color totally detracts from her beauty. She's worn those things for years. I hope she doesn't feel like she "needs" them to be beautiful.

You're right she has worn them for years. They seem to be like a security blanket for her. But they look very artificial and as you said "detract" from her looks.

I would imagine that someone in her circle (i.e. modelling agent etc.) must have mentioned it to her in all these years.

Jealous? She is no more exposed than say, Gisele or Kate Moss. She is a super model. That's what they do. DUH.

Gisele (sp?) and Kate Moss are right up there with her -- overexposed -- particularly Kate Moss -- passed the runway sell-by date.

Point is, they are no longer super models, so they have to do all that they can to hang on.

I much prefer models, such as Liya Kebede, who do great works in a quiet way; who earn recognition for what they do; not for strutting on red carpets.
