I'm just stating my opinion. I voted for Obama. I'm a Democrat and yes, I felt Bush was over the top with his entertaining, as well. I feel it's in poor taste when so many people are struggling.

It's a state dinner, not a party. There are political and diplomatic reasons they have them.
