Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor spoke to graduates of New York's St. Lawrence University May 16, among them her niece Kiley Anne.
Sotomayor said giving the commencement address was "nervewracking." She also said that she has often felt like she was "living in a dream" this past year.
She told graduates that she hoped they would find work that meant something to them. "Long hours are painless when you are doing what you love," she said.
