Colleges That WON'T Raise Tuition (PHOTOS)

While scores of schools hike their tuition 5, 9.5 and even 10 percent, some colleges promise incoming freshmen that they'll hold their rates steady.

U.S. News and World Report culled data from college websites and the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities and found 11 colleges that pledge not to increase tuition. Some conditions apply, but for the most part, freshmen at these schools will pay the same price for their education each year.
