If elected governor, Mayor John Hickenlooper would make it a priority to eliminate a series of controversial tax increases that were signed into law by Gov. Bill Ritter "as soon as economically feasible," his campaign said Friday.
His campaign did not elaborate on "as soon as economically feasible."
Meanwhile, the campaign for Republican gubernatorial candidate Scott McInnis said Hickenlooper is trying to have it both ways and is "closing the barn door after the jobs [killing bills] have already passed."
