Argentina: World Cup Sex OK -- With Limits

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina — Soccer and sex are just fine for the World Cup.

That's the word from Argentina's team doctor who says players can have sex with their regular partners during the monthlong tournament in South Africa.

Dr. Donato Vallani said sex was a part of life.

"The players can have sex with their wives and girlfriends during the World Cup," he said on Radio Del Plata. "Players are not Martians."

"But," he added, "it should not be at 2 a.m. with champagne and Havana cigars."

Vallani didn't give any other specific instructions except to say that players keep a regular sleep schedule. He also said the players could eat Argentina's specialty – barbecued beef – with a glass of wine. But excess drinking was, of course, prohibited.

Argentina travels to South Africa on Friday and plays Nigeria on June 12 in its World Cup opener. Also in Group B are South Korea and Greece.

Players should stay in their regular routine. If they want to have sex they should be able to have sex. They are grown men.

Argentina is going to win the WC2010, with Messi, Milito,Aguero and co. An array of talents will prevail in Africa. Hmm, talking about women, Argentina has gorgeous women too besides Brazil and Venezuela. Having sex with Yesica Toscanini, Jessica Cirio and Yamila Diaz-Rahi should be wonderful.

The players may not be "martians", but the Doctor confirms that each of these men are definitely not Gay. If this quote is accurate, Dr. Vallani makes it clear that sex is okay because it with "wives and girlfriends". I am relieved he got straight to the point on the matter. Hahaha.

For the Argentinians, like the Brazilians and the Italians, sex with the wives and girlfriends is a pleasant experience that helps them relax and stay on an even keel.

For the England squad, I advise not having sex with the WAG's, because sex with them probably isn't a pleasant experience.

Of course, the English WAG's definitely had a hand in wearing down the players in 2006 with the huge shopping trips and so forth. It's amazing that Fabio Capello even allowed them into South Africa this time.
