In general Wheat/Gluten isn't good for anyone, you guys should consider getting away from it. Most people don't even know what symptoms to look for OR have grown used to the item of THEIR specific symptoms, without realizing it's an reaction.

Also skip anything made from Corn or Rice unless it's organic, GMO is the USA, need I say more?

Secondly substitute Talipia or PACIFIC Cod for Tuna, since both are sustainable. if your worried about Omgea 3, add flax oil or seed. Tuna has too much mercury.

Forget the mayonnaise unless it's homemade, try using a ripe Avocado instead for a fatty binding, then add any spice and herb for flavor. Cayenne pepper, Cilantro, Basil, Garlic, Tomatoes, Carrots......endless list.

Spinach is good as long as your not allergic, Arugula and Cucumber are better tasting. :)

Skin or peel anything that isn't Organic, whether you eat for flavor, texture, a full feeling or all of the above when you eat RAW you can have as much as you want, without worrying about guilt or gain.

Read up on Fungus/Yeast/Mold, all from the Mold Kingdom, they are over taking our Food Supply due to pesticides, antibiotics and steroids in our foods processed or raw. They are causing at least 50% of our known illness, all becasue corporate profits are more important then the health of the population and planet.

Rather than adding mayo to the tuna, add mustard, olive oil and garlic, and yes, I prefer avocado to spinach on the sandwich.

(Today's lunch, vegan split pea soup and hummus with whole wheat cracker's)

Try tuna salad made with avocado and tomatoes, with or without the whole wheat. Excellent.

I remember the time when a tuna sandwich was the very best thing for lunch.

Now though, awareness of what exactly it is that I am eating and how it was obtained precludes fish as well as meat.

Almost sounds good... how about, omit the tuna and replace with slices of avocado? Too much mercury in tuna, among many other reasons not to eat fish.

And yet, I am now craving a tuna sandwich on wheat.
