We didn't even beat New Jersey.
According to a new survey, New Yorkers are the worst drivers in the country. The Garden State is second to last, and DC, California, and Rhode Island round out the bottom five.
Drivers in the much less congested Kansas scored highest on the test, with Oregon coming in as number two, and then South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa.
And while things aren't looking too good for New Yorkers, the GMAC Insurance survey paints an even scarier picture of American drivers in general: If the written part of the drivers exam were taken again, 38 million Americans would fail.
Careful out there!
