Debrahlee Lorenzana, Citigroup's Too Sexy Banker: I've Been Harassed My Entire Life (VIDEO)

First Posted: 06/07/10 05:59 PM ET Updated: 05/25/11 05:40 PM ET

Debrahlee Lorenzana hasn't stopped making the media rounds in the wake of her highly-publicized lawsuit against Citigroup in which she claims she was fired for being too good-looking.

(UPDATE: Scroll down for a statement from Citigroup.)

The New York Post reported this morning that Lorenzana was told by her current employer, JPMorgan Chase, that she may be fired her for her very public campaign against Citigroup.

In an appearance Monday morning on NBC's "The Today Show," Lorenzana told a brief version of her story, which was initially reported at -- at length -- by theVillage Voice. Lorenzana claims that a New York City branch of Citibank fired her because her figure and wardrobe were "too distracting" to her coworkers.

In the "Today Show" interview, Lorenzana appeared next to her attorney Jack Turner, who said that Citigroup "fired her the day she complained the second time. It was obviously a response to her protected civil rights complaints."

Lorenzana told the "Today Show" that she only filed suit against Citigroup after a lifetime of mistreatment for her appearance. "What I'm trying to make is a point that enough is enough," Lorenzana said. "I've been through my entire life going through [this] harassment."

"There's a point where you say I don't want to go through this any more," she added. "So, now I'm trying something different."

(In an emailed statement a Citigroup spokesperson said: "Ms. Lorenzana has chosen to make numerous unfounded accusations and inaccurate statements against Citibank and several of our employees. While we will not discuss the details of her case, we can say that her termination was solely performance-based and not at all related to her appearance or attire. We are confident that when all of the facts and documentation are presented, the claim will be dismissed.")

I correct myself. I believe she had TWO breast augmentations, 4 total plastic surgeries. She just went very large on the 2nd surgery (a DD). Please see the video at the link below "Sex on a stick". She comes across as a total bimbo.

Ms. Lorenzana is not very articulate. Fortunately, she's bilingual which makes up for the lack of articularity, to some extent.
I found her more credible before I found out that she had FOUR breast enhancements, the last of which was featured on a Discovery reality show. Now, I fully believe that breast enhancement is great. But to have FOUR, going bigger each time, just SCREAMS "LOOK AT MY TITIIES!" And that's what happened, people looked. Maybe too much for a conservative area like business banking.
On the other hand, WHY did Citigroup HIRE her? She wasn't hiding her ta-ta's or lack of good articulation during her interview, I'm sure. So they created their own monster. Now they're about to pay for it. Man UP Citigroup!

When this first broke I thought, "OK bank management are idiots, she's probably got a gripe". But the more things get exposed (no pun intended) the less impressive is her position.

On the other hand, why not just stick her in a client-facing sales position where there's heavy male patronage, and make it a win/win? She can bat her eyes, wiggle her assets, and make sales. Seriously, if management can't maximize benefits of assets, they deserve to be removed.

I just suffered through her Today interview. She can barely speak English. I've known several beautiful Latina women. Some dress really hot and are hit on constantly. Others tone down, and have no problem. She's flipping her hair, eyes lowered, sultry voice. She wants her own telenovela

Honey, life is action reaction. You act, people react.

Lorenzana is covered from her neck to her knees. I'll bet her attorney Jack Turner told her what to wear.

I can actually hear her saying "I'm too pretty to work!", hence the lawsuit. Girl, time to start work on getting that Sugar Daddy. You probably could have nailed one or two at Citibank.

Maybe. But not real high-end power types. Her English is appalling and she looks more like a waitress/hostess than a trophy wife.

For some reason, Huff Post is the only news source NOT featuring the latest news that this chick has gotten two boob jobs and was featured in a Discovery Health documentary about plastic surgery. This is unreal. She says she wanted to have a Playboy Playmate body. So I have NO doubt she was strutting her stuff at the office, which is highly inappropriate. Beautiful? Absolutely. Opportunistic? Hands down. I'll bet she used those "t!ts on a stick" (as SHE labeled herself) to get herself ahead. This time, somebody told her to knock it off so now she's claiming she was harrassed?!

The woman is pretty, but her personality is ugly to the core. She is now employed with Chase and is already threatening a lawsuit with them as well because theyr'e telling her to focus on her job and stop spending her time talking to the press otherwise they'd be forced to fire her. She lost her job and then was fortunate enough to get another one and she doesn't seem to care to make an effort, how can this sound like a reasonable person.

This is NOT a sexual harassment case, just a money-making scheme. If anyone is familiar with World Wrestling Entertainment back when it was World Wrestling Federation. One of their very popular female wrestlers, Sable aka now Mrs. Brock Lesnar (yes the UFC fighter) chose to appear in various practically nude TV segments including wearing a handprint only "swim suit" for a swim suit contest and posed for Playboy. She then sued the company alleging that they were forcing her to do all those sexual scenes, she got her money and then went off to pose for Playboy once more . After all that, she still returned to the company and did a lesbain storyline and again did sexual scenes and again posed for Playboy and then left again claiming that the company was forcing her to act that way.

If you have Comcast On Demand, go to Life and Style and then choose Discovery Health - you'll see a 5 minute short about plastic surgery - the woman featured in the clip? This Debralee Lorenzana. She was on Joy Behar the other night so I remember her face and most of all, her accent. She is the most VAPID woman - she is featured on the show because she is on a "manhunt" and wants to upgrade her current fake boobs to even bigger DD fake boobs, all to get a husband. She's a party girl who says that "plastic surgery is just, it's just, you know, the greatest thing ever invented!" and this pear of wisdom, "Well, if you do it once, you just have to do it again!" If this is how shallow she is towards life, relationships, and her own body, then I can only imagine how she treated her job. I was totally on her side until I saw this clip.

Does she seriously think that Citibank won't dig this up? What is she thinking?

LOL...oh....after having watched the Plastic Surgery Video...she is most definitely PLAYING this and should be remanded to a Nevada brothel to serve a term of 15 years without chance of parole...Any woman who thinks that breast augmentation will allow her to find her Soul Mate, is obviously too dense to advise anyone about anything...(and how did she Pay for all of that surgery????)

ANY TIME an employee is inappropriately dismissed the stock and standard rationale is "performance based"...I'm sure there's a lot more to this case than we've ben exposed to in this ,fairly pointless, and less than informative interview....perhaps she was initially perceived to be a good little corporate player (in the 'friendly girl' sense)...perhaps she exploited that misperception in order to get what she wanted, only later to deny...lol...perhapsperhapsperhaps...We weren't given much to go on....As I said, a fairly pointless interview.
