A recent survey from Magellan Strategies shows Ken Buck with a ten-point lead over his opponent for the Republican Senate Nomination in Colorado, Jane Norton.
The poll, which surveyed 1,026 likely Republican voters in Colorado, found Buck with a 42%-32% lead over Norton with 26% still undecided.
The poll was conducted on Tuesday, June 8 and has a 3.06% margin for error.
Magellan notes that Buck, the Weld County District Attorney, has moved up from 15% support when the company polled the state in March, although there were 5 candidates on the ballot then.
Buck, once considered an underdog in the race for the GOP nomination, has gained support in recent months on the heals of victories in the Republican Party assembly and caucuses.
Both parties will choose their nominees in primary elections on August 10.
Magellan Strategies lists Ken Buck as a client, but says the survey was conducted for free.
