Sharron Angle Teams Up With Scott Brown's Campaign Consultants

Sharron Angle Scott Brown

LOS ANGELES — The new media experts who worked their magic for Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown have teamed up with the Nevada Republican who wants to take down Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

Sharron Angle, who won a come-from-behind victory Tuesday in Nevada's Republican Senate primary, has hired the Indiana-based Prosper Group Corp., which managed Brown's website and his multimillion-dollar online fundraising operation.

Reid intends to raise an unprecedented $25 million to defend his seat, and Angle's campaign hopes the company's expertise in online fundraising will help her close that gap.

Angle's campaign raised $1.2 million through mid-May, the most recent figures available.

According to the company, Brown raised $12 million online in his upset victory over Democrat Martha Coakley.

The former Nevada legislator and tea party favorite has long relied on a small circle of advisers that include her husband Ted Angle and spokesman Jerry Stacy, but she is rapidly expanding her campaign team since the Tuesday election.

The Republican National Committee has said it will help finance her effort against the unpopular Reid, whose campaign has depicted Angle as too conservative for mainstream Nevadans. Reid began airing two TV ads Thursday that highlight his efforts in Washington to create jobs.

The Prosper Group is redesigning Angle's site and Angle stepped up online fundraising Tuesday to capitalize on momentum from the election.

It is all in the eyes, hers, bachmann's, that crazy chicken broad in NV, and that other loon from one of the Carolina's, white-topped granny who should know better, the one who was trying to derail the Matthew Shepard bill...their eyes have that certain...crazy assed tell tell sign of, crazy.

See conservatives, the desire to privatize SS and funnel that money through Wall street is still alive. You should be careful.

Sharon Angle is whacky. Sharon Angle wants to eliminate Social Security, Sharon's operatives have actively removed her links to Scientology, well known celebrity Scientologists and their controversials beliefs, Sharon backed a rehab program for prisoners that included prison massage. Sharon supported the Scientology stance against pharmaceutical drugs.

My Friends, in election it is immaterial who calls whom what, what matters is the weight of the consent of the people on the side of an individual among all those who are running in the election for the post.

One must remember election is a game of uncertainty. Therefore, it is better not to be complacent of the ultimate result. The ultimate decision lies in the hand of the people.

I think that a successful PR campaign will only serve to let more and more people know about how she thinks abortions cause breast cancer, how there is an international flouridation conspiracy to suppress Western population growth, that Scientology should be integrated with our Justice system, how we should bring back alcohol Prohibition, how Medicare and Social Security should be axed, how the US should leave the UN, how only one spouse should be allowed to work outside the home at a time, how the entire oil industry should be completely deregulated, how we should abolish the Departments of Education and Energy, repeal the income tax laws and dismantled the Federal Reserve system. I may agree about the Fed, but the rest is just looney tunes.

Oh, Sharron, please tell the voters again how you want to eliminate Social Security and Medicare. That should win you a LOT of older Republican votes.

Harry, just keep highlighting what the woman stands for. That should take care of the election.

He shouldn't have to spend a dime, I think the media attention to this womans idealogy will suffice!

Let's see. Nevada has a big Latino population which more likely will vote Democrat. And most of Nevada's Whites will more likely vote Democrat after they learn of this Sharron Angle's position. And polls aren't always accurate - we learned this about Blanche Lincoln when ALL polls kept indicating she was going to lose and she actually won. Harry Reid should be able to pull this one off!

Harry Reid will now clinch the reelection. Thank you Sharron Angle, you idiot!

I don't care who Sharron Angle teams up with to help her clean -up her bad public image, but nothing and no one can help an insane person like her. Changes to her website cannot diminish the impact of her prior website since it had already been read by millions. This makes it look like she suddenly has something to hide and she does.
