This does not change the fact that a pajama blogger in London gets passed off by Google News as the most relevant news website for articles on Venezuela just because the blogger, Aleksander Boyd, figured out that all he needed was to change the last modified date on the page every 5 minutes to trick Google into thinking that meant fresh news.

That's only if you don't count blocking certain websites from showing up on google's news pages as 'editing'.
