Score one for the ladies. At least HuffPo seems to give its male/female readers 50:50 portions of skin. Others have it right though. You're not going to get abs like that in 28 days unless you've got SERIOUS assistance from others dedicated to your craft. It takes nutrition, hours upon hours of working out, a healthy lifestyle and a commitment that goes far beyond what the average individual has the ability to agree to. Hard to spend four hours a night in the gym when there are boys and girls at home needing help with their homework. I'm much more impressed when I see a fella MY age with abs like that than the 20-somethings but kudos to anyone who can work their stomach to this degree.

You won't get them in 28 days unless you're a young Hollywood star under contract to look like a God and training for hours almost every day. And maybe not even then. People also forget genetic inheritance. I've seen really well-built guys at the gym who simply can't develop their legs, for instance, no matter how they train. I work with a trainer and ate ultra clean and worked out rigorously for a year, got down to 9% body fat, looked great but still didn't have a six pack. Pecs, delts, tris were awesome, but abs so-so. The luck of the draw.

You are correct. Like most models/celebrities/actors, its his full time job to look like hot. And I will say that he is smokin! But few people can balance family and jobs and also look like a 20-something gym monkey, no matter what a magazine cover says.
