Previous Sexual Harassment Accusations Against Penguin Canada's David Davidar Came From Former Assistant

A former employee of Penguin Canada has come forward, identifying herself as the second woman to make claims of sexual harassment against ousted president David Davidar.

Samantha Francis, a former Davidar executive assistant, has reviewed the 19-page statement of claim by former Penguin rights manager Lisa Rundle. Francis confirms that she was the woman identified as "S.F." who made earlier sexual-harassment claims against Davidar, the lawyer for both women confirmed Tuesday.
