Here's some not-so-celebratory news for birthday boy Eddie Cibrian.

The actor, who turned 37 on Wednesday, has been axed from CSI: Miami, a year after he joined the cast of the hit CBS show, according to reports.

I'm guessing he just didn't fit.

Despite the good cast, I stopped watching CSI: Miami as it jumped the shark quite a while ago. I only saw a couple of episodes with him in it and the chemistry just wasn't there.

If everyone who cheated lost their job , the unemployment rate would be 50% Angelina and Brad didnt seem to suffer very long and theirs got pretty ugly. That being said--- they really could cut a few more from CSI Miami and spice up their cast.

Losing your job and the ability to finance ADULTERY should be a consequence of it if your employer finds out. Maybe then the person commiting adultery would think twice about it. Why not just tell your spouse it's not working instead of cheating? Too simple I know. Leann Rimes made it worse for him when she was unapologetic about it.

I don't feel sorry for him one bit. Let your mistress take care of you since she's so proud of what you two have together.

Well, his ex-wife may be sorry he lost the job and his children. Her child support and alimony is determined based on his annual income. That job brought in a lot of money to him and thus to her.

eladora: there was speculaton but brang denied it.
it wasnt until years lated that angie admitted she fell in love with him while filming that movie. still she maintains that she didnt do anything with him. we;ll jsut have to see.

the only thing i likedher in was tomb raider 1& 2.
i have never seen Smith & wont see Smith.

& I dont even know any brad pitt movies.
