Mel B: Sex Five Times A Day Keeps Me Fit (VIDEO)

Mel B, aka Scary Spice, revealed her fitness secret on Lopez Tonight Thursday.

"Your fitness secret...is that you fancy a shag...that you have sex five times a day with your husband," George said. "Is that possible?"

"Well today was a busy day, so it was just three," Mel B said. "Me and my husband, we're the same age, he is my best friend and I guess we're both just perverts with each other."

She has been married to music producer Stephen Belafonte for three years. They got together while Mel B was pregnant with Eddie Murphy's child.

You know this is hilarious...NOT because of MelB but because of all the people commenting about how she's lying...yea that would have been me 2 months ago, however , well, lets say sex 5 times in one night isn't impossible, some very fortunate guys are blessed with this ability- most days it's 3 times, the most 8 times over 24hrs...yea find one like him or mel b's husband and see for yourself ;-)
