The Bel-Air home that was originally built for Doors guitarist Robby Kreiger is on the market today for $6.19 million (listing here at Rodeo Realty). The home was designed in a blend of John Lautner and Frank Lloyd Wright architectural styles, wrapping around a pool and patio area in the middle of the property. Before its current owner, the house also belonged to Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst. Check out our earlier slideshow of Doors frontman Jim Morrison's 'House On Love Street.'

Unusually modern for a hippie guitarist. Pool in the middle of the house seals the deal! Well done. :)

I can't get past the fact that Fred Durst had the money to buy that pad.

Beautiful digs. The house is an art piece itself.

Don't ya love it madly? (sic) (1971 R Krieiger)

I'll take it sans the diningroom furniture. It's contemporary and warm.

The first truly flawless home from top to bottom inside and out I have ever seen here on HP. Perfectly staged. Absolutely worth the price and may even be a bargain even with that price tag. The bathroom shower is unreal. I am in awe.

I like..the pool, patio, bar with full glass to the house gives an indoor/outdoor feel. In CA outdoor living is the way of the past and future. I had one in Camarillo that had a 1500' covered patio with small lap pool/hot tub, Vented BBQ pit, Ping Pong and billiards.....hardly ever was indoors except to sleep.

I also like the large Master with the multi head shower and tub behind glass. Great view as well
