Jack Singer: 10-Year-Old Sets World Record By Wearing 215 Pairs Of Underpants (VIDEO, PHOTOS)

Jack Singer celebrated his tenth birthday this year by having his parents dress him in public. It's not quite as embarrassing as it sounds. The youngster, after months of training, set out to break the world record for numbers of underpants worn at one time. He did it!
