CU Regents will likely wait to tweak the university's guiding principles on intellectual diversity, according to Regent Jim Geddes, R-Sedalia. The governing board was scheduled to edit the foundational document, adopted in February, at its meeting today. At issue is principle 6, which reads, "Promote faculty, student, and staff diversity...including diversity of political, geographic, cultural, intellectual, and philosophical perspectives."
