Dwyane Wade Divorce Officially Completed

CHICAGO — An Illinois judge has finalized the contentious divorce of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade, though the messy fight isn't over.

Cook County Judge Marya Nega announced her widely expected decision during a brief hearing Friday.

Wade says he's relieved the proceedings from his wife, Siohvaughn, are over. Siohvaughn Wade's attorney, however, says he'll appeal on the grounds that the judge finalized the divorce before financial issues and custody issues involving the couple's two sons have been resolved.

The judge says her previous orders, including one granting Dwyane Wade temporary custody of the children, remain in place for now. Wade's now ex-wife did not attend the hearing.

exactly. Why are people automatically trying to make him the bad guy. If you actually followed the case, you would see that the ex wife has shown some crazy behavior, to the point where HE was granted custody of the kids, which is unbelievably rare in the US. That alone should tell you something

Instead of people being so concered with what him and Ms. Union will be up to, you should be concerned about the welfare of his children. His ex already shown numerous times she's not a stable person. I wouldn't put it past her to stand side by side with Shaunie "I forgot my maiden name" O'Neal on VH1 next year. I hope he is able to gain custody.

Now he's free to hook up with that homewrecking hussy Gabrielle Union. She couldn't even stay married to her first husband so she decided to assist in the break up of another marriage because there aren't any single men out there. Maybe if she had put as much effort into her first marriage as she did going after Dwayne she'd still be Mrs. Chris Howard.

It won't last though because every mistress has a shelf life. Have fun while you're the flavor of the moment and remember once the season starts Dwayne travels and stays in hotels and the groupies come out and no man can say "NO"......... Then you'll know what it feels like to be dumped on.......
