(AP/Huffington Post) The confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan continue on Wednesday as Kagan takes questions from members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and you can follow all the latest updates LIVE below.

Already on Wednesday, Kagan declined an invitation to criticize the current Supreme Court, saying "I'm sure everyone up there is acting in good faith." Kagan appears well on her way toward confirmation, although it is unclear how many, if any, of the panel's seven Republicans will support her.

A person can be annoyed with someone's voice what ever political views one holds. Annoyance is just a feeling. Personally, like Luckincan, I'm annoyed beyond measure with the voice of Sarah Palin. I don't know how Todd sits in the same car with her; and surely can't imagine driving with her in the car, the way she screeches on, from Wasilla to Juneau. To me, Palin's voice is like fingernails on a blackboard. She just makes me shudder.

Thanks for pointing that out, even though the magic bullet was not intended to be a rational conclusion derived from the manipulated evidence shuffled through the Warren Commission. It was a cover-up of the coup d-etat from the git-go. For his participation in that tree-son he should be tried and given a number.

Arlen Specter took off his fake Democratic coat and returned to his true Republican mouth. He certainly is not functioning as a Democrat on this committee. Either he is a true Republican, (and we were very wise to get rid of him) or he is chasing revenge. He went after her harder than the Republicans on the committee.

This is true. Naive people believe what these corporate propaganda outlets tell them. They are misleading the American people so that corporations will have the freedom run roughshod over consumers, employees, tax policies, government contracts and the environment.
