Whitney Port Gets Chubby (PHOTO)

No Whitney didn't actually gain a bunch of weight but she finds the notion hilarious. 'The City' star posted this digitally altered photo on her website (via Celebuzz.com) and wrote:

Hi guys,
Soooo I just discovered the FatBooth app on my friends iPhone and let's just say he had to fight to get his phone back from me haha. I could not stop laughing!!! iPhone has the craziest apps, I love it. Seriously every time I look at this photo I giggle uncontrollably! I sent it to pretty much everyone I know :)

What do you guys think of my extra chins? Is it a good look for me?!

I'm not offended. It actually reminds me of a fun house mirror, in a sense. But it is tasteless, inconsiderate, and yes, shallow. If she saw someone with a similar shaped face on the street would she just fall over laughing?

Maybe we're seeing her age here. When she's older I bet she will look back at this and think 'oh god'. But who knows. She does work in the fashion industry.

I'm sorry, this is disappointing. I understand it may be motivation for some and funny to others, but what if someone has a thyroid problem? What if a child is dealing with obesity via the poor choices of their parents? You couple those with Hollywood's obsession with plastic surgery, skinny bodies and bullimic models. Yes, this is disappointing!

Wow, an app that makes you look like you suffer from the disease known as obesity...funny. What's next, an app that shows you what you'd look like with skin cancer or what months of chemotherapy can do to you. How about one that makes you look like you've been ravaged with aids. Yeah, she's really funny alright.

Ha Ha Ha. Really? So you are equating the totally reversible effects of over eating and obesity with cancer and AIDS?

I mean if you are talking about prader-willi you might have a point. However, lets face it prader-willi is not even a blip in the percentage of obese people out there.
