The remains of a giant whale have been found in Peru, and experts believe it may have been one of the largest predatory animals to ever live.
An ancestor to the sperm whale, the skull of the giant whale was found and estimated at 13 million years old. The whale is thought to have ate other whales to survive and measured approximately 16 meters in length.
The giant whale has been named after Moby Dick author Herman Melville.
