Jeffrey Jones:Best known for his role as high-school principal Ed Rooney in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", Jones was back in headlines for a sex offense this week. The actor failed to register as a sex offender for the second time after pleading no contest to charges of child pornography in 2004.

Jay Leno:In the "be careful what you wish for" department, Leno had his lowest ratings since the 90's this week, mere months after his high-profile return to the 11:30 slot.

Elon Musk:A rough week for stocks in general was not kind to Tesla's IPO. After an explosive start this week, the electric car maker saw a three day slide in share price. The NY times explains:

excitement waned as investors began to consider the Palo Alto, Calif.-based company's current performance, the news service said. Tesla has not had a profitable quarter since it was founded in 2003 and has sold only about 1,000 of its high-end electric cars to date.
