Chicago-Area Coal Plants Need To Cut Smog And Soot, Says New EPA Rule

In a move that portends cleaner air in Chicago and other communities east of the Mississippi, the Obama administration cracked down today on smog- and soot-forming pollution from coal-fired power plants in 31 states and the District of Columbia.
