Book trailers are often hit-or-miss, but some of the best ones are of the funny, self-deprecating variety. Gary Shteyngart, author of "Absurdistan," has a new book coming out called "Super Sad True Love Story" and the recently-released trailer for the book has just the right balance of silliness and celebrity cameos. Reminiscent of the great trailer for John Wray's book "Lowboy" which starred comedian Zach Galifianakis, the trailer for "Super Sad True Love Story" features cameos from the likes of James Franco and authors such as Jeffrey Eugenides and Jay McInerney, as well as Shteyngart's editor. The running joke is that Shteyngart can't actually read -- Franco muses, "I don't think reading is really his thing," and Eugenides marvels, "I really admire that state of pure ignorance."
