Lindsay Lohan's Friends: She Won't Survive Smoke-Free Jail

Lindsay Lohan's close friends are concerned that LiLo won't survive a single day in jail without the one thing she can't live without ... cigarettes.

As TMZ previously reported, the jail where Lindsay is extremely likely to do time is the same all-female facility where Paris got locked up in 2007 -- the same place with a serious zero tolerance no-smoking policy.

One can tell from her voice that she is smoking her voice box away. Perhaps that is why she is where she is at now. From bad events, good things can happen.

Hopefully her time in jail will allow her to quit smoking. Perhaps her time in jail will allow her some time to reflect on what is important.

I would like to see her grow. When Paris Hilton went to jail, I figured it would do no good. It clearly didn't.

But Lindsay is talented. She can be very hard working. She can grow.

I pray for her recovery and for her to have the strength to beat her demons

Are you kidding? She has had opportunities most people never get, to secure a firm financial foundation, and the fame so many crave. I understand addictions, so while I don't judge her for those, the lying and entitlement she has been displaying are dispicable. No sympathy for that. She shows contempt, and invites it.

Her lawyer said she had permission for flexible scheduling. It was also disclosed that TWO OF HER MISSED ALCHOHOL CLASSES, WERE DUE TO HER PREPARATION AND PARTICIPATION IN A HAITI FUNDRAISER hosted in London.

The court should have put her straight in Rehab from Prescription mood meds like her Father Suggested 2 years ago.
