Sandra Bullock went off on Jesse James' ex-wife during a heated phone conversation a few months ago ... so says Janine Lindemulder's attorney.

Attorney Richard Masson tells TMZ .... the blowup occurred while Jesse was in rehab earlier this year. Janine called her daughter's cell, and Sandra answered.

The reality is we have no idea what the fact truly are. All of the descriptions of the interactions between Bullock and the biological mother as wella s the testimony of the teacher were provided by an attorney representing the mother. Of course he is trying to sway public opinion - that's part of his job. The court heard the actual testimony and will look at all the facts and determine what is in the best interests of the minor. A parent can take a child across state lines (without permission of the other parent) if the court finds it is in the minor's best interest. No one here should be the judge without all the facts and with personal feelings involved. The judge is totally impartial and will look at the facts and decide.

If this is even true, (you can't always trust anything except the real source themself.) I totally side with what Sandra Bullock did. If Janine is ruining their life, (which it definitely appears that she is) then Sandra is totally correct with what she did. She (Sandra) is the mother that those kids need.

While it's obvious Bulluck is the better, if only REAL parent, how is it possible for an 2 nd short term ex-wife to have ANY custody of a child AFTER a divorce when she never adopted or had custody when they were still married?

Bullock was nothing more than a legal babysitter during her short marriage to James.

This would never be allowed if it wasn't Sandra Bullock and her $$$$$.

Hey your reading comprehension needs a booster shot.

-Sandra cares about the kids and argued with Janine over whatever.
-In short that could be construed as one human being looking out for a child human being.
-The father, Jesse - who has custody, moved the kids to TX to be near Sandra because he wants them to continue their relationship with her and from what it sounds like she wants to continue a relationship with them.
-again Sandra has no custody nor was it ever said.

i agree with your line of thinking.

the Courts are heavily in favor of biological parents - regardless of who has physical custody. as the step-mom, Sandra had little right as a parent ... because no one is expecting her to pay child support (after the divorce) right?

jesse james may have his own ideas and perhaps sees sandra bullock as a stable mother figure for his children. those are all good things.

but if the story is true - sandra bullock should not have talked to the child's mother in the way she did with the child present. it is controlling, manipulative & teaches a poor lesson in respect for parents

in the end, (as always) the children suffer. mother = jail bird, father = sex addict (like the mother, too), step-mother = control freak?

Janine wants visitation with her daughter. Sandra and Jesse as well as her current convicted felon husband believe she is still using drugs and that her live porn website she operated out of the bedroom of her home opens the door for too many negatives (exposure to drugs and the porn industry and men coming and going who are in porn) when it comes to having unsupervised visitations with Sunny. How can drama and heated arguments then not ensue from both sides?

Jesse is moving the kids to Austin so they can see Sandra and Louis more.. he offered to move Janine there too.. she can take her home brewed porn anywhere... where is the problem?

The problem is that Jessie is a lair, manipulator, obsessed with Sandra Bullock, has no problem introducing his kids to his porn friends like that McKee woman, refused to cooperate with the visitation rights that Janine already has, and just continues to lie about Janine's conduct as he repeatedly talks about her drug use but Janine has been clean for as long as they’ve been trying to take the child from her verified by the random drug test and her incarceration for tax evasion not drug use. Of which Jessie and Sandra asked the tax evasion judge to keep Janine in jail longer while they tried to dissolve Janine's parental rights and have Sandra adopt her. They really haven't had Sunny that long either, maybe two years now.

Of course we know Jessie is a hypocrite regarding his life style and if anyone is partying with drugs it's him. As for Janine making a living with a porn website so what? And there is no evidence that she is personally doing porn herself anymore as I believe the court banned her from doing so.

I hope Sunny stays in California with Janine, as Janine as she will have a much more difficult time seeing her daughter if Texas gets jurisdiction of this case which is no doubt what both Jessie and Sandra are banking on. In this I think Sandra has been complete selfish and as a new mother herself she should be ashamed of herself.
