CNBC Names America's Top States For Business In 2010--How'd Colorado Stack Up? (VOTE)

CNBC recently released their annual assessment of the top states in the nation for business. While Colorado's overall ranking of no. 3 remains unchanged from last year, several of the components that comprise the ranking shifted considerably. Quality of life increased 8 spots, while cost of living and economy both fell several notches. Colorado ranked number 3 overall, behind Texas (1) and Virginia (2). Other top-ten states include North Carolina (4), Massachusetts (5), Iowa (6), South Dakota (7), Minnesota (8), Utah (8), and Georgia (10).
