you really diden't believe for a moment that we were going to risk all that we have put into afghanistan for nothing. it sounds silly because it is but now were in deeper and all you hear are screams of sorrow trumpets of war sounding. stop exploiting are soliders for greed, couruption unrealistic success.

Of course he don't want to. Not now anyway since the corporations are totally blinded by the loot available for plunder in Afghanistan. Their man will never let them down, or try his best not to at least

US will stays as long as China and Saudis lend us the money to do so and American People do not lift a finger against these wars.

We have been hypnotized by TV and films. I do not know how, but more TV you watch more passive and superficial you get.

More TV you wants you cannot differentiate between a lie and the truth, you cannot differentiate between News and propagandas.

Hopefully one day we will find out about the techniques used to pacify American people and wage wars in their names.

Just end this, please. We have lost enough, we do not need anymore loss of American lives, not to mention the loss of a countless amount of American money.

The day things will truly change, i mean really change for the world, is the day when you add "the countless deaths of Afghanis and Iraqis" to your comment.

Things will change then? Ok, there are countless dead Iraqis and Afghans to go along with the dead Americans. Does that stop this war? Your comment is ridiculous, but it was tried. Now, how about a real solution like ending this war and not talking about, as you put it, just making a single statement stops it all. Get real!

This "war" was FUBARed the moment we set boots on the ground. Anyone who has read even a little history knows Afganistan is a country in name only. More a group of tribal alliances that can change with any precieved insult or change of needs. They have no concept of a united country except when invaded.

The idea of four years longer before we begin a pull out, is unacceptable.

Afghanistan will never be strong enough to take over its own defense. Why? Because our MIC needs this war to keep all of the defense contractors profitable. Putting Petraus in charge signaled clearly that Obama is not planning to end this war anytime soon. Think about it, with our economy already in the tank, ending the war would cause big contractors like Northrop Grumman, BAE and General Dynamics to have massive layoffs. Stock shares would plummet and we'd have an even worse economic crash. We are in a catch-22 situation.

Obama and Petreus could in an instant end this fiasco, but at this rate we will be there another 30 years. Or as John Mccain said on the campaign trail about Iraq. We should stay for a hundred years. But what do you expect from the Military Industrial Complex

Taxpayers, Americans unite ! Write your Representatives and Senators. Write the President. We have spilled enough blood and money on foreign soil. Let us unite to demand that Congress and the President bring the troops home. No more funds for war- No more borrowing funds from China to continue war.

The rubber hitting the road, makes a big screech. Sounds like we are failing about as well as could be expected.

We should end this now, save the lives of our troops, use the money to create jobs in America and save our country.

About time we did something for this country.
