I've always used a case of some sort for cell phones. Ordered the bumper before the phone arrived, 'cuz my line of work can be rough on 'em. Got my money back today, without even asking for it.

What's the use of having a case for a phone that doesn't work?

The case covers up the sensitive antenna gap, so the user can't touch it and cause the signal to drop, which can be a problem in some low-signal areas. Once a case is installed, the iPhone 4's antenna proves itself to be better than the ones in most other cellphones.

That sound incredibly suspicious and unlikely to be true. Kool Aid anyone?
