How is this any different than what Apple has tried to do with the iPhone? Since Apple's monopolistic hold on the iPhone and its apps was knocked down by the Courts today, couldn't this ruling also be used to stop these companies from keeping death grips on e-books? This has been nothing short of a stranglehold purely to make gobs of money and I've refused to buy an e-book until it stops!
