Denver DA: Officer Fired Unauthorized Military 'Penetrator' Bullets, Injuring Bystander

DENVER -- The Denver district attorney said a police officer used unauthorized military ammunition when he fired his weapon at an armed man near Club Vinyl four weeks ago, injuring an innocent bystander.
