Kimmel: Ahmadinejad Hates Paul The Octopus For Being 'Stupid' And 'A Jew' (VIDEO)

This is one of those rare times where comedy is so close to reality, it's almost uncanny. Last night on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Jimmy opened up with some material about Iran's crazypants President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad - or "Ahmamembersonlyjacket" as Jimmy lovingly refers to him. Yes, old Mahmoud has a bone to pick, and this time it's not the U.S. or homosexuals that he's hating on, but Paul the World Cup-picking octopus. Despite Paul residing at a German zoo, Kimmel says Ahmadinejad calls him "'a symbol of everything that's wrong with the west.' Obviously he hasn't seen 'Jersey Shore.'"

Kimmel then threw to an exclusive video of Ahmadinejad during an interview with Iranian state TV, where he refers to Paul as "stupid," and "a Jew."

I never understood why the media payed attention to Ahmadinejad because anything he says is so completely left field it's ridiculous. Why even give him print time because it's clear he's a huge joke. He's like the Muslim version of George W. Bush.
