Actress Melissa George stopped by the 2nd Annual Australians in New York Fashion Foundation Party on Tuesday wearing a garment that's difficult to sum up in five words or less. It was a billowing halter top connected to her right ankle and also somewhat tucked in at the waist over a pair of black pants, with stiletto boots.
