On Friday, Perth, Australia held its annual StyleAid fashion shows, to raise money to fight HIV and AIDS. Kooey sent women's and men's swimsuits strutting for a taste of how the land down under does beach chic. Check out the designs and tell us which you love and which you'd leave in the closet.

Okay. I get that women's bathing suits change ever so slightly with colors and cuts, but it seems to me that men's bathing suits offer the same choices they always have. Isn't this rather like having a fashion show of the never-changing white tee-shirt?

The man battle for me has always been the length of the shorts. I would prefer something me utilitarian myself like water proof pockets for ammo, phone, meatsticks and condoms.
I guess my summer wishlist would also include something that makes me look stronger , more virile ( think codpiece ), and reflective of my unique sense of humor.

The females did not do the suits justice. And what is it with all the bling and junk on the models, I did not see one on anyone that was well represented. The person running the show had no taste or style

These female models really aren't for swimsuits. There bodies dont really do the clothes justice. The guys have okay bodies, but the first one is too skinny.

I've been noticing the skinny guy trend over the last few years also. I think it sends a bad message to young guys about their figures. Not all of us can have a 24 inch waist.

The ladies should loose the shoes. Black shoe/socks make their legs look short. The guys would look hot without the pelts around their necks. All that waxing, and then hiding their naked chests behind the scalps around their necks! Fire the Accessories Stylist!
