Swedish Policeman Dances His Heart Out In Public (VIDEO)

We've never been to Sweden so we can't say this is an odd occurrence there, but it certainly is where we come from. Some kids with a video camera caught this Swedish policeman dancing like no one's watching, in the middle of a place where lots of people were watching.

WATCH:

We have a few theories about this video. Either:

1) Sweden is the best place on Earth.

2) This particular cop has been taking "samples" from the evidence room. Or,

3) There's been a security breach and that guy isn't a cop at all, just a dancing fool in uniform.
