Mila's Daydreams: Adorable Photos Imagine What Tots Dream About

New moms have a pretty hectic schedule. Between feeding, changing, wiping, burping, and playing with a newborn baby, it's amazing they have any time to do half those thing for themselves. That's why it's even more impressive that Adele Enersen, Helsinki-based ad copywriter and new mom, has had the time to create Mila's Daydreams, a photo blog wherein she creates elaborate depictions of her baby's dreams with household objects. We couldn't think of a better "maternity leave hobby," as Adele calls it. With her permission, we've selected 11 of our favorite photos of the 30 or so Adele has posted so far. If you read her FAQ she talks about how when anyone has a baby in Finland they get a maternity package that includes a bunch of outfits and other things (even the box it comes in can be an infant crib if necessary)­.

This sort of thing borders on abuse. I know on some not-so-far­-off-day these photos will be dragged out by the lunatic wielding the camera to embarrass and humiliate the poor wee ,defensele­ss babe. Ottabeeala­ww against this sort of thing. Cameras should not be allowed in the hands of the insane. Exploitati­on of the very worst kind!

Yeah, they're cute now ... but wait until they get to be teenagers and older and they get the tattoos and piercings and stop moving their lips when they speak and start blowing up Port-a-Pot­ties and you get those anonymous Father's Day cards that say, "Aren't You DEAD Yet?" ...

Actually, I like cats. Some days I like 'em better than people. At least you can spay and neuter cats, unlilke your kids, who will present you with grandchild­ren and assume you're going to be a free babysittin­g service for life.
