I think he is underestimating the impact of the new low price point of the new Kindle. When I saw the low price I ordered one immediately because I was waiting for this low more reasonable price.
My guess is that there are a few million more like me who were just waiting for the right price.
In addition, this will undoubtedly cause the competition to lower their prices on ebook readers as well. All in all, this next year could be the year for a major explosion in ebook reading. El Predicto has spoken. So he says, so it be. Swoosh!
