My husband Joe and I flew to Iraq to celebrate the Fourth of July with our troops. I can't think of a better way to celebrate Independence Day than spending it with Americans who are bravely serving our country.

I ended my trip with a roundtable discussion with service men and women from the Texas National Guard 72nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team. Having a son who served in the National Guard, I felt a little bit like I was reunited with family.

When I grow up (!) I want to look like Mrs. Biden. I've got seven years to look this good at her age - it will be a challenge! But a little more seriously, I like how she uses her personal jewelry with several outfits, as well as the "killer shoes" with different basic outfits. I now have a collection of jewelry and other accessories which are personal to me, and I love wearing them.
