Fienbergs job as a czar for Obama was to ask BP for some of the $20 billion so that people would be compensated for their loses. Now BP doesn't like Fienberg and wants a different czar so Obama will put a list together for BP to choose from?

BP also stated that they would subtract the amount of money paid to those that worked on the gulf clean up from the $20 billion dollar fund. It is also reported that these workers if they had other claims toward BP that the money they made in the clean up would be subtracted from their future BP claims?

Looks like another czar is required just to watch the BP monetary book entries, accounting.
Maybe Obama can kill two birds with one stone; when he puts the list together for BP to choose which czar they want to replace Fienberg with, they can also choose a czar to watch over their books.

The above will be a similar to the BP beach and oil cleaning process. Feed the fox the hen!

As of August 5, 2010, BP has made 99,600 payments to claimants for a total of $303 million.

This equates to an average of only $3,042 per payment!
