Brazil UFO Sightings To Be Documented, Made Public

RIO DE JANEIRO — Brazil has ordered its air force to document any UFO sightings and make the data available to researchers and the public.

A decree in the official gazette says the air force will register any sightings by military and commercial pilots, along with air traffic controllers.

A spokesman says the air force has UFO archives dating back decades, but there had been no official order on what to do with the material. The spokesman could not be named under air force rules.

All past and future data – whether written reports, photos or video – will be processed by the air force and then housed in the National Archives in Rio de Janeiro.

In the decree published Tuesday, the air force says it will periodically submit UFO reports.

Lets assume physics is incomplete..
Its accepted knowledge by the scientific community that there is zero point energy,
a very advanced civilization can probably extract infinity amounts of energy out of thin air.
Once you can harness energy, things like warping space become possible since we know
gravity can probably be generated with enough energy..once a civilization can do this, then
creating a ship than can warp space infront of it just a bit, can travel large distances by taking
baby steps forward sort of speak and at the same time warping time.
then those distances become manageable...I'm just saying..

Did 2 tours in viet nam while in the navy. 1969-74. Many fellow sailors saw what I did at night when we used night vision gear.BTW The ship I served on was the then sota DLG-33 USS FOX, a guided missle frigate. We had the most advanced radar etc... and couldn't track the contacts(bogys) that were moving at extreme speeds coming to complete stops and other odd manuvers from about 30+ miles out.CIC was getting their butts chewed royally for failure to pick these contacts up on any of our radars. There were so many contacts one night off Camrhan bay that the captain was out of his rack at 2 a.m. in his boxers watching the contacts with the rest of the watch. These sightings were frequent and common knowledge to the crew and my buddies in CIC (combat) with high security clearences couldn't get any info because they didn't know just what these contacts were. Nothing we have can move that fast and come to a dead stop. Most everyone thought maybe we humans were being observed by other worldly visitors.Can't prove it, but I'd bet my life that WE ARE NOT ALONE. I know what I saw, I just can't dismiss it as swamp gas or some other hare brained explanation. Brazil's stance is a breath of fresh air and may open the flood gates to other credible sightings.

It seems these life forms have the capability to alter the nature of matter, even mass itself. If mass = 0, then Relativity flies.

It's because the universe is so enormous that the changes of alien life is extremely remote. If you can look into space and see galaxies away yet no real proof of alien life I think you would understand why scientists are very skeptical. There are 5 x10 to the 21 first power number of stars. If there is a 1 in one trillion chance of life around a star , then there would be about 5 billion earth like planets. This all seems quite plausible. The next issue would be for advanced life forms that can travel beyond the speed of light which we do not comprehend to well.

It is noted some folks will jump at the extraterrestrial explanation for earth bound occurrences and nothing is going to change their minds. Point. The two gentlemen how "invented" crop circles acme "out" and showed how it was done. They now hold crop circle contests in broad day light. Yet, some "professionals" still cling to far fetched answers to a question already solved. My thoughts: we have enough on our plate with our own world to keep us busy. BTW: I love sci-fi. aliens, robots and monsters. Just dont tell me they walk among us. Real monsters are human and come from Planet earth.

Well humans with digital retouching equipment. Crop circles are man made. A flat board a length of rope, string for sight lines and circles. There are contests. In the day light. This one has been debunked.
