I look into the eyes of my pet dog and see love, joy, and happiness. I see the courage to risk her life for me against a dangerous animal many times larger, and my dog knew it could cost her life to intervene, but she risked her life to save mine anyway. Tell me that isn't love.

You brought tear to my eyes. My dog is absolutely the sweetest (half-human) creature. But if ever you're on Facebook, I'll introduce you to Shadrach, the "singing" dog of Dr. Kim, a vet.

I think dogs, in particular, have a rare purpose in the life of human beings, although all pets are wonderful.

Nice pictures..but they forgot the triplet Snow Leopard cubs born at the Rio Grande Zoo in Albuquerque..the cubs are now coming outside in the morning and late afternoon...
